is a global business project which involves all our departments.
Maatel's quality approach is the responsibility of both our quality manager who leads initiatives, and also the Maatel managers and all of its departments (electronic reserach department, electronic manufacturing, testing, ancillary services etc. ) in fact it is everyone's concern.
So we have the whole business involved in a process of improvement.
Each service and department is responsible for implementing quality reviews at their own level.
From industrial quality control which is the result of our production and service processes, which follows a responsibility sheet at every stage (design, setting‐up, monitoring, improvement ‐ see PDCA) which allows them to reach and manage the expected level.
To total quality, our quality management is in performance research and also in ensuring our clients' and partners' satisfaction.
